Our Experiences and Achievements

ERP Optimization:

Helped a business improve it's paperless initiative, change it's processes to better serve customers and improve operational efficiency by reducing time spent at checkout, at order fulfillment, and correcting inventory movement mistakes. Successfully trained a team of 20 users within the ERP across purchasing, inventory management, production, sales, and warehouse management, minimizing the business risk of inaccurate reporting, fulfillment, and inventory consumption.

Inventory Optimization:

Consulted with a business who carried $3.4m USD in inventory to reduce stock levels, inefficient stock mixes, and stock outs. Successfully reduced stock levels to $2.6m USD over 6 months, maintaining better DIFOT success ratios, and improving inventory mix so that the 2.6m would better support short and long term strategic growth plans.

ERP Conversion:

Successfully converted a $15m USD entity from one ERP to another over the course of 2 months, during an operational relocation. This major achievement resulted in 2 days downtime, moving $1.9m of inventory across sites, converting the entire ERP and Accounting system, while maintaining accurate records of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Inventory balances, and customer and supplier information. 

ERP Conversion - Business Improvement:

Moved a client from one ERP which was producing inconsistent financial reporting to another system which allowed for more accurate financial reporting. The business was able to secure financing that would expedite growth with direct correlation of the help we provided in converting them to the new ERP. This client was also able to benefit from monthly financial reporting as a result of the conversion, as opposed to annually when their accountant provided them with results. This allowed for better cash management, fixed asset and capital expenditure planning, and improved relationships with customers, suppliers, and financiers.
