MC Solutions, LLC is a Business Consulting Firm, located in southern Wisconsin, USA that specializes in ERP and Systems Consulting. We take pride in understanding each client's unique requirements to deliver tailored and effective solutions across diverse industries.
Our dedicated team works closely with clients to identify challenges, innovate strategic solutions, and drive business growth and operational efficiency. We are committed to providing excellence in consultancy services that empower businesses to thrive in today's competitive landscape.
MC Solutions, LLC was founded in southern Wisconsin by two like-minded individuals who want to help businesses benefit from the power offered by today's ERP systems. Both individuals come from business experiences where ERP systems were used at half their potential, but under our influence, were able to utilize each system to it's maximum potential and help the business' stakeholders and shareholders enjoy the benefits of efficiency gains and profitability. Too many small to medium sized businesses have been struck by the strong labor market, making it hard to find good help and grow efficiently. We founded MC Solutions to help those businesses optimize their ERP processes and implementations to ensure they are getting the most out of their ERP, reporting, and employees which will help drive growth and profitability. We feel that our experiences in small to medium sized businesses, and in multiple industries, sets us apart from other consultancy firms because we have learned how to adapt to the system being used, and optimize it's relationship with operational flow.

CIN7 Core is a very powerful, cloud based ERP solution. Cin7 has some of the best inventory management capabilities a system can offer, and can integrate with many other solutions out there, such as XERO. Data exporting and importing is extremely seamless, which allows for efficient mass data updates and changes. While there may be better options (via integrating) for final financial reporting, this system is perfect for Purchase-to-fulfillment solutions, inventory tracking, and BOM management, data analysis and more.

We have experience in every version of Quickbooks out there (including Online). Quickbooks is a viable solution for small businesses across many industries. Quickbooks Enterprise is even more versatile, offering advanced inventory management, more detailed financial reporting, payroll, asset management and more. Quickbooks can be a very powerful tool for businesses when set up properly, and we have the expertise and experience to ensure that you get set up properly. Further, Quickbooks is one of the most cost-friendly solutions offered in the world of ERP and accounting systems. We still believe there are very positive effects of having your ERP and Financial software on local hardware. While Quickbooks online is cloud-based, you will want any of the other services on local servers and PCs.
EPICOR
Epicor is a system used by some of the biggest global businesses out there. Epicor has extremely in-depth inventory management capabilities, SKU setups, purchase modules, sales modules, financial modules, CRM, BOM, and production modules. Epicor is very capable and aims to service larger companies due to it's complex nature, but when implemented properly, not too many ERP systems can say they offer what Epicor offers. Also, it's on the cloud as well!
